These are only the ones I found and solved. There are several others out there. All corrupted logs puzzles have the filament logo on them, so it will help you find ones you are missing.

00 - maze written on floor (follow the path written on the floor)
55 - floor of work room (there is a path drawn on the floor, copy it to the console)
23 - gift card (match the UPC numbers to the corresponding nodes)
24 - sticky note (match the numbers/letters on the sticky note on the screen to the corresponding nodes)
53 - split floor (combine what is visible on the floors of these two rooms and input the path in the console)
--
23 - arcade game (starting at the bottom follow the path of the pink snake)
31 - pool (follow the path on the bottom of the pool)
41 - d&d cards (order the cards by the ratio on the bottom left of each one, then for each card input the corresponding nodes for the numbers in the red and blue circles)
03 - credit card (input the nodes whose numbers correspond to the credit card number in order)
30 - nucleus card (notice the dots when you zoom in, that corresponds to paths 1,2 and 3; recreate the shape of the N taking the branches in the given order)
--
29 - planter box (the large leaves point which direction to go, the filament logo on the back gives orientation)
49 - floor 2/3, net and floor map, (from the correct position on the third floor the nodes line up in the net and the map is complete)
47 - floor 2, stock room fans (the binary tells which group of fans to tackle first, the speed of the fans in each block of four show which node to visit first)
22 - floor 3, med bay rotating screen (the arrows on the bottom of the screen tell which direction to move, each arrow is in relation to one node)
54 - optic card (the left side mirrors the right side, the dots line up with the grid, just need to mirror the pattern on left to complete the pattern on right)
--
59 - escape pods (numbers on sides of pods tell you which nodes to go to)
09 - floor 1, tool wall (follow the pattern of the tools)
51 - floor 1, wires on floor (follow the pattern of the wires)
15 - floor 3, control room (starting with the red dot, the dots show in order which nodes to hit)
25 - coffee club card (each stamp location corresponds to a node, hit them in the order of the dates)
--
05 - floor 2, pantry cans (from left to right the number of cans on the shelf correspond to the node number)
21 - floor 2, library side room - music card (hit the nodes on the card in the order of the roman numerals)
40 - floor 2, library server lights (the lights are morse code for the node numbers)
17 - floor 1, snack machine (the snacks in the machine correspond to nodes, the snacks on the table indicate which nodes to hit in which order)
40 - gift card (the numbers pairs are coordinates row 1-node 2; row 2-node 2; etc)
--
44 - lottery ticket, (the numbers pairs are coordinates, this time node|row, so node 2-row 1; node 1-row 2; etc)
01 - achievement code (if you check the achievements list you find this code, simply put connect the given nodes in the order presented)
05 - floor 2, gym skyway (observe the wires running on top of the skyway out the window, rotate so it starts and stops at the bottom and copy the pattern)
14 - atom card (starting at the center of the picture, count the number of electrons/dots in each orbit, the number corresponds to the node)
58 - yin-yang card (careful observation shows that the dots from the bottom half fit between the dots on the top half, rotate the bottom half and use the dots to fill in the spaces and create the nodes to go to)
--
51 - slide puzzle (found in the pool room, I took a screenshot, carefully cut it up in paint and slowly pieced together which pieces had to lead to each other until it was solved, then input into the console, why they didn't make this playable vexes me terribly)
17 - floor 3, engine room lights (the sets of four lights around the room can be converted to binary (lit=1, unlit=0), take these numbers and input as usual)
01 - floor 3, stairs room hanging lights (they make it unnecessarily hard to see where the lights are compared to one another, but you need to go to the nodes from lowest to highest based on the light positions)
17 - floor 3, bathroom stall/floor (observe the positions of the black tiles from bottom to top (4,4,3,etc), hit the corresponding node 1 per row first going up and then back down)
12 - floor 1, workshop maze height (the pillars in the maze map to nodes, hit them in order from shortest to tallest)
--
52 - floor 2, mirror (follow the path on the mirror, it can be a bit tricky to see exactly how it applies to the grid)
25 - floor 1, erased path (notice that a path seems to have been erased, follow this instead of the non-erased path)
