This is a Review for Final Fantasy XV's Window Edition. Right now both the console and PC versions are available on gamepass. Through gamepass all of the DLC content is included. The only difference is you are paying for the Ardyn prologue episode if you opt to buy the game, so not much of a difference.
In summary once you get past what everything does or is for progress in the game is clear and there it is fun in a comprehensive laid back sort of a way. Main problems are the limitations and enjoyment of the open world limited to the monster battles and the limitations in overall depth of the core gameplay mechanics. Still it's a lot better and more engaging than Kingdom Hearts 3 and you could do a lot worse. Also it's short for a final fantasy game so possible to run through playing it on game pass.
