I HATE THIS THING!!!.......I#m so glad I killed it on my first try.....no seriously I thought I was going to get a few gameovers here!!

But anyway ruby weapon may have less hp then emerald weapon but.....this things a DICK you actually need to kill 2 party members and fight it solo until it puts it's nails to the ground other wise it will use it's most CHEAP ATATCK Whirlsand this move randomly yakes one person out of the battle ENTIRELY!! to counter this you need it to put it's......eh nails to the ground so that it won't use Whirlsand......for about 32 TURNS yeah if you take too long it will use Whirlsand anyway.

The set up is mostly the same from the emerald weapon fight I will show you the materia I added to my arsenal since I don't need the underwater materia anymore.......for painfully obvious reasons!!:

Cloud:

Master magic+all, Final attack+phoenix(you need this on the character that is going to solo ruby weapon) W-magic,luck and speed plus

Cid:

Master summon+HP absorb, W-summon, magic, speed and luck plus

Tifa:

Master command, W-item, ultima+quardra magic, Speed, magic, luck and MP plus

As for equipment the same as when we fougth emerald weapon EXCEPT have EVERYONE equipt with a ribbon because ruby weapons tenticle things can give you status effect while they attack you.

As for items they are also the same but you need to add one more the dazers.....max those out!! if you don't have ANY dazers though the Boundfat enemy drops you can also morph them to get a dazer or steal it from them they are found near the rocky area on the way to the City of the Ancients.

Ok now for the strategy ruby weapon first you need to wait until it's....hands are on the otherside AND you need ruby weapon to kill THAT WAY you can activate final attack and revive the others once you've done that now the real battle can beggin it CAN BE INFLICTED BY ONE STATUS EFFECT STOP however using stop magic is a bit risky that where the dazers come n use it on ruby weapon and it will stop it in it's tracks......sorry for the terrible joke anyway DO THIS only if your low on MP and you want it to stop having turn otherwise DO THIS W-summon hades followed by knights of the round, hades will inflict the stop status effect and knights of the round willdo teh damage and then.......rince and repeat.....yeah that's it this strategy may seem cheap but ruby weapon in general is cheap so fuck it just keep doing this however I do recommend putting up big guard and regen on your party....just incase.

The reward you get.....is a gold chocobo......yay what a waste of areward SERIOUSLY by the time your ready to fight ruby weapon you've already got agold chocobo just to get knights of the round also if you can't make out what I was naming the gold chocobo it was HATE RUBY!!!

PS:....well that's that the next part will be the final boss and the ending.
