Final Fantasy 7 - Rude vs Frog Cloud and Aerith (Hard) | Turk Boss Fight guide
128Turk Rude gets owned by frog/toad Cloud and toad Aerith. You can't seem to use limit breaks and summons on Toad form; plus they have very low damage and i won't be able to defeat Sephiroth with these on Hard mode (took me 30 mins to beat hell house on normal). You need enfeeblement rings to become a toad/frog. I am really curious what these rings are for.
How to defeat Turk Rude as a Toad - This is a long battle and you need to be patient since Rude can damage you heavily. Take control of Aerith most of the time since Rude will use limited abilities against her. Controlling Cloud will allow Rude to use running tackle and haymaker; these two attacks are very powerful. Rude won't be able to hit you that much if you are in toad form though. If he uses seize, stay on your place because he will hit you if you jump away. Be sure to have elemental materia combined with Wind equipped into your weapon as these will make the battle faster. Use a lot of HP up materia as well as the steadfast block materia. Parry Materia is useful when dodging those shockwaves. Dodge and parry are the keys to victory.
Rude is a member of the Turks in Final Fantasy VII who also appears in several of the Compilation of Final Fantasy VII titles. He is a tall, bald man with a goatee who always wears sunglasses, even carrying spares should something happen to the pair he is wearing. Rude is rarely seen without his long-time partner Reno and is taciturn, tending to relegate the talking to Reno. He prefers to use his fists in battle.
Rude has a soft spot for Tifa Lockhart, and will not attack her if she battles him in their many encounters in Final Fantasy VII. In one of his rare lines of dialogue in Final Fantasy VII, he reveals to Reno he has a crush on her.
