Have a single character affected by all status ailments (both beneficial and detrimental). For this trophy you want to write down the list of ailments and tick them off as you go along. I always made sure to let Zidane get affected by not equipping his abilities.

**FYI** Once you learn these spells with Vivi, Garnet and Eiko you can cast these ailments on yourself but best bet is to always let Zidane get affected so never equip any abilities that guard ailments until the trophy pops or until you know you tick off certain effects. Got this on Disc 3 during this battle at Mount Gulug. Virus was the last ailment i needed to get with Zidane. Full Guide link below....
