So the good news is that I took down one of those captains and got some
sweet loot. Bad news is that the battle wore me down so much that I had
to go heal at an Inn.
So let's continue with my plan to play some Final Fantasy games by
playing Final Fantasy II. Like Final Fantasy I, I'm probably going to
upset people with my opinion about the Final Fantasy franchise, but
whatever. I do enjoy FF2 way more that FF1, so I hope you enjoy this
playthrough more than FF1's. A different game with unique mechanics,
Final Fantasy II has a much more involved level-up system involving
weapon mastery, spell evolution, and a "What doesn't kill you, makes
you stronger." stat building system.
