🎵 Final Fantasy IV - Main Theme
Final Fantasy IV (ファイナルファンタジーIV, Fainaru Fantajī IV, "Final Fantasy IV") is a role-playing game developed by Square (now Square Enix) and published by Bandai for the Wonderswan. It originally released in Japan on March 29, 2002.
The Wonderswan version of the game feature some of the tweaks that were present in the PlayStation release, such as the ability to move quickly in dungeons and towns, and the option of performing a "memo" save anywhere on the world map. Perhaps one of the biggest improvements were the colors, as character sprites and backgrounds were graphically enhanced in this version of the game due to the wonderswan's incredible palette of 4096 colors.
The game follows the journey of Cecil Harvey, a dark knight who embarks on a quest for redemption and to thwart a sinister plot to gather the four elemental crystals scattered across the world.
The game's soundtrack was composed by Nobuo Uematsu.
