If you've been following up this point,you'll know there's a problem in Mognet Central and letters aren't being sent out. First talk to Kupo in Alexandria,and he'll have a letter for Atla in Burmecia. The next letter is for Mogryo,in Black Mage Village. This one gives a letter for Kumool in Ipsen's Castle. The next letter is for Mois,he was originally in the Ice Cavern,but relocated to outside Fossil Roo. You can only get there with Quina in the party. Mois gives a letter for Noggy in Daguerreo,and then he has one for Kupo again in Alexandria. After all that,talk to Ruby in her theatre and she'll give you the item you need,Superslick. Give that to Artemcion in Mognet Central and the machine will start back up,and you'll get a reward!
