In this part, our heroes learn about the wandering gambler, Hoover! Hoover is planning on kidnapping the opera star Maria. Our heroes want to get a ride on Hoover's airship, so they go to the opera house to see if Hoover is there. He is not, so they come up with the BRILLIANT PLAN of dressing Lizo up like Maria and having her perform in an opera, so Hoover can kidnap her. Honestly, I don't see any way that plan can possibly fail.
Amazingly enough, it seems like the plan might not go so well, because Ultros the Evil Talking Octopus Boss shows up. He wants to kidnap Maria, too, because there's just something about that girl which says "kidnap me".
Our heroes watch the first part of the opera, in which Draco is attacked by soldiers and starts singing.
