6Kaiser, the most infamous dummied monster of the SNES version, was probably intended to be available after defeating the eight dragons. This particular version is completely new; the dummy is still in the GBA coding, and remains unused.
One Barrier Change = one life (five lives total, 65,500 HP each); it changes to the next one when depleted of health or when it next Barrier Changes (every 30 ticks before its final phase). Throw up your defences and wait (and heal as needed) until his fifth Barrier Change before you attack (preferably with non-elemental barrier-piercing attacks). You WILL need Ribbons for Mind Blast in the final phase, so if it uses Cloudy Heaven, reset. (Addendum: I haven't tried this, but you could theoretically bypass its attacks in its first four phases with the Quick trick as seen in the Red Dragon video. Could be useful in the Soul Shrine.)
