Use banish to win instantly however you'll miss out on the accessory. If you're not in the mood to cheat and want a bit more climactic of a fight for Cyans soul my advice is use break on your party members until Wrexsoul appears then cure the petrified members with Esuna, this is much quicker and cheaper than trying to kill your party members to draw him out. After that his bits will heal him for pitiful amounts of HP, like 25 or so, and Wrexsoul will spam aga class spells and status effects. Hitting him can be a bit annoying because things like rage and blitz use random targets and those bits of his will infinitely respawn so it can be a bit of a coin toss but shouldn't be too difficult... hopefully.
