Part 27 - Training some and getting an optional character to the team....

How leveling limits work is basically -
On each level aside from the 4th one you have 2 limits.
When you have the first one on a level, you gain the second one by using the limit X amount of times.
X being something like 6-10 times depending on character and level of limit.

In order to gain a new limit level, you need both limits on the level and then kill X amount of enemies.
X once again depending on those factors.
Killing those 5 small enemies in the forest repeatedly will give you a new level very quickly!

Of course, do note that level 4 limit cannot be gained this way.

I recommend doing what I do and get some Hypers from the shop to get FURY on your team.

Fury reduces your chance to hit somewhat but at the same time increases the amount you gain on the limit bar substantially when hit.
