Heh, as mentioned in the video, just throw some enemy-skill spells or summon immediatly and finish them quickly.
Use a tent when you jump back down.
If you want the chest on the left, just go back to the right and it should give you the choice to jump down close to the other chest.
If not, go back in and out and try.
In worst case, just go back around the whole thing you came from.
Mega-Elixirs are pretty awesome, but totally uneccessary.
Your choice!
Enhance Sword is a pretty nice sword for sure.
While it is weak, it has full slots with normal gain so it's nice to keep.
If you picked up the Ribbons, you can try learning Bad Breath & killing it, otherwise just stay away from it all you can.
