After the Oilboyles are beaten,you'll find an old device down here. Using it makes this area extend to where Cid's office is. Suddenly,the Garden transforms,and becomes mobile! Course no one knows how to really drive it yet...but hey,at least the missiles missed. After drifting for a while in the ocean,Squall goes to look for Cid. He ends up finding him on a basement level of the Garden,where he appears to be quite angry and arguing with someone. We get to meet the Garden master that started those fights earlier,named NORG. He explains how the Edea assassination mission was supposed to be Galbadia's order only,but the headmaster of Galbadia used Squall's group to put the blame on Balamb. Now NORG wants to kill the SeeDs who failed the mission,but we won't let that happen. BOSS FIGHT: NORG. Keep the lights on his machine in the blue and NORG can't do anything at first. Attack the shell and it'll eventually open. He'll cast protective magic on himself,use attack magic on you,and has a special attack called Psycho Blast. Make sure to Draw Leviathan from NORG,your next new GF. Steal from him too if you can,and from his lights.
