Head to the Mi'ihen Highroad Travel Agency. Speak with the girl who leaves as you enter to start the Cuckoo For Chocobos! Mission (24:00). You need to chase the Chocobo through three areas:
1st Area: Chase Rikku to the end. You can follow her to the sides to get some Chocobo Feathers.
2nd Area: You need to block the Chocobo three times.
3rd Area: Follow Rikku again. Once you reach the other side, speak to the woman near the hovercraft.
After you catch the Chocobo, you will need to head to the end of the highroad and fight the Chocobo Eater (42:20). You get a Wall Ring and the Selene Garment Grid for finishing this mission.
