0We've reached the end of our Pilgrimage. Yunalesca has made us an offer we have to refuse, but she's not about to take no for an answer. Especially after admitting the truth to us. And oh boy... does she go out of her way to show us how she rightfully earned that High Summoner title, but we can't stop now. After all, she's what's left standing between us and the open skies on Uncle Ci'd Airship.
This is also one of two multi-phase fights, which is one of the reasons that Yunalesca is so infamous. Increasing her HP between each round and wearing your party down with zombie status. That, and having to sit through a cutscene ever time you die. And you WILL die to her at least once. Seriously, why has this game not been given a skip scene option? They did it for when they made the Final Mix version of Kingdom Hearts 1, so what's this game's excuse?
Good thing Yuna is here to shine a ray of light on this old hag, or we'd be in a lot more trouble taking her down. Holy magic supremacy!
