Requirements
To find, defeat all Cactites in the area and look in the southwestern cul-de-sac of the Yarding Labyrinth. The cul-de-sac is just right of the exit to the Outpost.

Tip: Fight the Cactite in the southwest, near the Outpost, first. Move toward the inner passageways of the Yarding Labyrinth and defeat the two Cactoids that appear when you approach them. If you have moved far enough from the first Cactite's location, it should spawn there, as well as the Ripe Rampager.

This method is the only one that will work 100% of the time, from what we've trialled. It makes it very easy to accumulate Screamroots early on, assuming you are lucky with your steals.
