119Arcturus is a long firing weapon that you can get from the Bazaar very early in the game. It's has ATK +45 and It's a Machinist weapon. You may think this weapon isn't too powerfull, but the most of firing weapons are located in end-game areas. So, it's a good idea to get this weapon if you have a Machinist character in your initial party.
In order to get this weapon from the Baazar, you need to get the next items: 2 Wyvern Wing, 2 Yensa Fin and 1 Salamand Halcyon.
