Final Fantasy 13-2 DLC battle fight against the Arbiter Of Time Valfodr.
This is a quick video of both battles one after the other on my boosted game save as I can't upload more then 15 min of video but I hope to show what idear of strategy and how the battle goes.

In both battles I use the Paradigms:
Com Rav Rav
Rav Rav Rav
Com Com Com
Rav Rav Sen
Sab Sab Sen
Med Med Med

Weapons:
Noel:
Romulus & Remus
Serah:
Indrajit
Both give ATB rate +50%

Monsters:
Lightning - Rav
Lightning Goddess - Com
Goblin Chiftain - Sen

I used the same method and strategy with my normal game save.

Valfodr lvl 70:
Most of this battle u will have the Goblin in Sentinel mode as u inflict status effect and work on his chain gauge to 300% stagger then get it high as u can to 999.9% change to Com x3.
Valfodr will summon 3 Chichu that can do serious damage to your party if forgotten but there's a catch..... Iv tried this over 10 times because I want another Chichu monster crystal as I messed up my 1st one so I wanted to try again but to obtain the rare drop u must not kill them in the battle. Stay on Valfodr all the time if u want a Chichu, that's what I had to do as seen in my video. Also helps to have collector catalog or durable to increase your chances.

Valfodr lvl 99:
Now things get interesting. Do the same strategy. His HP is 15.5 million but once u get it to around 8.5 million he goes berserk and increases power and uses his special attack that lunches your party in the air. Again use your sentinel at All times till you stagger him then go for it. Keep your eye on HP lvls and de- bluff him and inflict him to help. His rare drop is Twilight Odin but if u have Odin already then u can't have 2.
My normal game save tock me 16 mins but I know it can be done faster. After the battle u get Valfodrs crystal and he is an Rav and u can level him to 99.
With my Valfodr he has 6 ATB gauges and his magic power is over 1500. All I used is magic Materials for every lvl to 99
