Grabbed the 9th Wild Artefact crystal here off the bottom area by throwing Mog. Then I got into fight with another Gigantuar. I had the change the weather to stormy in order for the last cactuar statue to show up in the Clearwater Marshes. After you have activated all the statues, the Hunter in the back of the village will allow you to use the Chocobo, and be able to access that last bit of area to get 100% completion of the Archlyte Steppe. 8 Mana chips, Plains of Eternity
