Who says Fang and Sazh get to have all the fun?

A primer to defeating Shaolong Gui in under a minute (without Random: Instant Chain, of course). The premise is merely a novelty exercise, so for consistent farming, I recommend my other video, but you can use this strategy if you have the equipment.

In general, you have to satisfy several conditions to get your time down to such an extent:
- At least one debuff sticking on the first turn
- Deprotect/Deshell/Imperil sticking before second switch to Tri-disaster
- Absolutely no Ultimas, Bays, or Quakes after the first one allowed (easier to pull off if you get Slow to stick early); the switch to Tortoise wastes precious time

Lightning's Gaian Ring may not be necessary, but the difference in damage taken without it is huge. I found that it's better not to risk it for the extra Kaiser Knuckles.

Beyond that, it's mostly based on luck and your ability to sync with Daze. I don't plan to spend a lot of time trying for an "absolute best" time. As far as I'm concerned, under a minute is good enough for me. In case you're wondering, though, my best time is 51 seconds.
