Why is JB back at the beginning of the game?! Well, I'm doing a challenge run of FF13. Hopefully I will be able to complete it, but I've never done a challenge run before, so no promises.

SRC stands for Secondary Role Challenge. The guide I am using can be found on GameFAQs: http://www.gamefaqs.com/ps3/928790-final-fantasy-xiii/faqs/62259

NCU stands for No Chrystarium Usage. The guide I am using can be found on GameFAQs: http://www.gamefaqs.com/ps3/928790-final-fantasy-xiii/faqs/59596

The SRC run begins identical to NCU in that you cannot touch your Chrystarium for the first half of the game. Once the secondary roles are unlocked, one may ONLY use or upgrade those roles. I explain more in the video.

We start this video off with one of the two best shroud leveling spots in the game. The makers put this little gem in before you even get your chrystarium, and they don't think anyone would be obsessed enough to stock up on an unlimited supply of Deceptisols and Fortisols. However, in a low level run, you need all the help you can get.

Second up is a few tips and tricks to help you in your own SRC/NCU run. This includes Deceptisol sneaking and ATB-Cancelling. Both are extremely useful and sometimes necessary glitches to abuse during a SRC/NCU run.

Finally, I fight the first boss in the challenge: The Manasvin Warmech. The bosses before this point don't count because they are before you gain access to the Chrystarium.
