First thing to do is to go keycatrich trent to take bio blaster weapon (outside keycatrich) and then you only need to search upgrade item for this bio blaster weapon.

1. Bio blaster - in keycatrich trent ( first dungeon mission from cor, outside dungeon )
2. Dynamo - Near river in Burbost souvenir emporium.

After that just talk to oldman cid to upgrade your weapon, and just wait for phone call from cid (3-5 quest or maybe 3-5 days).
