Running the game on a 4 GB GTX 1050, i5 8300H, 8 GB of RAM

I can't get this game to run at a steady 30 fps in any setting at 1920x1080, so I use the "75% resolution" downscaling setting, which looks either a bit pixelated or very blurry with TAA, but kinda good if you sit far enough from the monitor lmfao

In this setting, if I unlock the frame rate the game runs at around 45 fps, but significant input lag is introduced, and not even turning off vsync fixes it (and it gives you ugly screen tearing anyway), so I just lock the game at 30 fps.
