This is the only Royal Arms that I really found tricky to access. Once you've beat the "boss" of Balouve Mines (the 52 Samurai enemy), you'll need to find a spot that is a bit hidden and hard to see. It's pretty straight forward once you find the spot, but after spending over 20 minutes I figured this would be something useful for you all. Hope it helps folks find their own Bow of the Clever!
