This part was agonizingly slow. I literally just picked up my phone and started doing other stuff on it while waiting for the dialogue to finish. Talking to the random villagers and hearing them slowly draw out their lines where they talk about something very basic and predictable is just, ugggggh. Can't I just get to the next Eikon fight already?

Let me say, I'm fine with slow parts in a game. I've been playing Xenosaga alongside this game and it's got plenty of slow parts. But the characters in that are a lot more interesting to see interact than basically anyone in this game. If you're gonna have a slow and predictable story, at least make the characters interesting. It's what the Tales games do and it works for them.
