Here we are at last, facing Hardin down face-to-face. This actually took a loooot longer than I wanted, mostly because half an hour was Navarre trying to deal with the Earth Dragon that Bishops wanted to heal every turn and argh! It wouldn't have been so bad if I could've killed it faster, but alas, I sent Tiki along her way to kill everything else, and nearly die for it. Sad times indeed...Hardin himself isn't actually too scary if you have a good unit and good healing. You can even let Hardin attack you if you're so inclined, and if the character has the Lifesphere, then they can just heal up, wait, and let Hardin attack again. Rather simple really...just don't send in anyone else to fight him who doesn't have the Lightsphere!
