Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance - Chapter 10: Prisoner Release
2Before Ike and company depart for Begnion, Ranulf comes by and gives the company twenty thousand gold pieces, a gift from the king. Also, Lethe and Mordecai are now part of Ike's team!
I could've advanced Oscar in the base, but I had forgotten that you have to reach level 21 to advance, not 20. Don't worry, he will advance in this chapter.
I leave the base at 17:09
Ike and company head back to Crimea to take a ship that will take them to Begnion. They hope that Begnion will be able to provide them with troops to protect the princess. But first, they stop at a castle which holds some Crimean prisoners in order to free them and have them join the team.
Before the mission begins, we meet Volke, a thief, just what we need for this chapter. You can choose whether or not to hire him, but you really should if you want to beat this chapter without being seen by the guards. If you can acomplish this, you get a lot of bonus experience. To do this, follow my exact steps during this chapter so the guards will NOT see you.
Like I said earlier, Oscar does advance in this chapter. I should've given him the ability to use bows instead of swords so he could do the triangle attack with Boyd and Rolf, but oh well. Also, I should've replaced Boyd with someone else in this chapter.
