1) Give Marth both the Lightsphere and the Starsphere (as well as a wyrmslayer, and a vulnary).
2) Give a staff user a warp.
3) Finish preparaitions.
4) Watch or skip cut scene.
5) Warp Marth to the village.
6) Have Marth visit the village.
7) Goroth will make the Starlight spell by using the lightsphere and the starsphere and give it to Marth.
8) Warp another unit to Marth (if another warp staff is available or trade the first one).
9) Get the rest of your units to Marth. (Depending on how well you train Marth determines how long he will live. The higher his level is the better.)
