If my information is correct, this is the first game Dale Lear released as an independent title not licensed through Tandy, and it's a real cool 3D "shooter" type game, where you fly around a city in a helicopter, you need to put out fires on burning buildings and shoot arsonists and their guards, while avoiding getting shot and letting buildings burn down to the ground.
