Not only that, the enemy that going to be targetted also has to be on the ranged of those 2 allies as well.
Although the requirements and conditions met are quite tricky but the skill is pretty cool and rewarding. The skill is also having the heavy 3 slots usage on computer's memory slots.
Cool trivia: this skill become the base for Front Mission 4 battle's main mechanics.
