MMORPG Tycoon 2 is a single-player world-builder game were you can create the greatest MMORPG of all time. It was released on the 6th of January 2020 in Early Access. The game is being developed and published by VectorStorm. But before I tell you more about this very ambitious and interesting game let’s take a moment to just appreciate the fact that the game’s title has tycoon in. It feels so old school and when you hear tycoon there is a big chance you think of Rollacoaster tycoon. Which is one of my favourite childhood games.

But all nostalgia aside I also used to play MMORPGs a lot and even well… basically lived in one for a couple of years. So when a game popped up on my radar promising a MMORPG maker I had to get into it at some point. Making your own world, monsters, dungeons, quests, it’s sounds like a lot of fun and something I and probably many others have thought about before and maybe in this game we get to express those thoughts a little bit. So let’s dive in to MMORPG Tycoon 2 and see what it has to offer.
