After league starting Absolution Guardian, rerolling into Eye of Winter Inquisitor to then start a Boneshatter Juggernaut my league start was maximum scuffed. My opinions on the patch, the nerfs and all the balance changes and reworks are mixed. I love Expedition league outside of the splinter pick up nonsense. And I am mostly happy with the nerfs but nerfing is more difficult than buffing. I hope you enjoy.
