The Tl;Dr is this: Steel Division Normandy 44 is a good/great game if you enjoy Wargame Red Dragon-type games but it has its issues of which the most notable, for me, is the armor disparity of tank weaponry between the Axis and the allies without the armor abundance on the allied side and the overall abundance of rocket artillery on the Axis side which is mostly due to Eugen modelling mostly German divisions on the Axis side and doing historically accurate loadouts for every single division in the game.

Oh and I forgot to mention in the video itself: The options menu is fully fleshed out with the ability to tweak most of the game's settings (keybinds, graphical options and quite a few audio sliders to play around with to your heart's content).
