I know I said "review" at the beginning, I was just making stuf up as I went with no plan at all :) Those are just my first thoughts (and a first try!) at DSR from Nvidia.
Also, I checked, seems the blurry interface is as it was intended. I didn't play this game for ages, sorry :)
I aplogize for bad english or information, I mainly wanted to have fun ;)

Read on for more info about DSR:

What is Nvidia DSR? It is just downsampling, and it was introduced because it was getting more and more popular, but needed quite the effort to configure. By popular demand, here it is, as easy as it can possibly be. For more information on it, check this out:

How to set up DSR on your own: http://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3587/~/how-to-enable-dynamic-super-resolution-in-games.

I spent whole night fiddling with the standard AA in nvidia Inspector yesterday, turned out I didn't even know about DSR at all - I stumbled on it in an article, just today.

BTW: There are rumors, that Nvidia just copied - or was infuenced by - a downsapling tool called GeDoSaTo. If you can't use Nvidia's DSR (or don't want to), check it out! It supposedly allows you to go beyond 4k (which is the current max for DSR)
