Alongside the new RN cruisers comes a premium that's honestly left me scratching my head as to why it's come along in the state it has - though that is also true of those new cruisers generally.

(Also, pleasingly enough, in doing this video I discovered that Belfast was actually built in Belfast, which, along-side the Clyde, was one of the most important shipbuilding areas in the UK during WWII.)
