Meridian Squad 22 is tactical RTS with over a 10 hour single player story mode. Additionally, there is a conquest mode that allows you to conquer a planet in hundreds of randomly generated levels as you slowly gather resources to gain new research between levels. My love for RTS games is strong and the fact that this one focuses on single player, makes me love it even more! :D
