I positioned Dolphin's Free Look camera to make it look like I was playing in first person. It's an interesting perspective to play from, although it's not quite practical to complete a playthrough of the game this way.

If you can run Skyward Sword on Dolphin and you want to try this out for yourself, all you have to do is enable Free Look under Graphics → Advanced and position the camera using Shift + WASD and the right mouse button.
