Competing in a powerlifting competition had been a great challenge. I could do it. So I did! We go back in history a bit to the better days as well. Now I'm old. ;)
Keep experimenting in life.
Bench Workout (only):
- 10 reps x 2 sets @ 135lbs . - Warmup
- 10 reps x 2 sets @ 225lbs. - Getting muscles warm but firm
- 6-10 reps x 5-6 sets @ 315 - Depending on how I feel
- Sometimes I'll try for 405lbs... but that takes a very special day!
