Welcome back to the channel!
Day two in Lake Ivy was a great success! It's been a fairly speedy process getting into this place and with the base already setup, getting a solid food supply ready is the next step! A little fishing shack next to the the lake by our home looks like the perfect spot and should provide more than enough to sustain our needs, probably forever.
Outside of this though, heading deep into the surrounding area is the next step. Getting a full lay of the land is the way to go and tracking down some necessary books and power supplies are going to keep this base going for our entire stay. It's been 7 months and we haven't had any power at all so getting that running is top priority!
