This game did not launch for my (Antergos) Here's the fix

FIX:
Navigate to steam folder.
run this in terminal - touch app_appid.txt
Use your editor (emacs) to add the text 380600 (and NOTHING else)
You must launch from terminal with command - ./FishingPlanet.x86_64
