Created by Frontier Developments, F1 Manager 23 will be released in the summer of this year for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
New for this season is a driver confidence level, which will directly affect their on-track behaviour, pairs with more accurate tyre temperature data and measurement. Car models also have more detail, with independent suspension, and they can talk multiple racing lines depending on their level of requested pace.
Pitstops are said to be more lifelike, with mistakes possible - it's now your job to manage their training via a new job role, that of Sporting Director. Meanwhile, aerodynamic part development has a great risk vs reward mechanic, factoring in weight.
It is also set to feature a second game mode, outside of career called Race Replay, although details will arrive later in the year.
