Step 1) Disable Integrated graphics card
Step 2) Restore Global Settings in Nvidia Control Panel
Step 3) Unplug all monitors except primary, If facing issue with primary monitor then plug in second monitor
Step 4) Try this in launch options
+com_skipIntroVideo 1 +r_mode -1 +r_customWidth 1280 +r_customHeight 720 +r_fullscreen 0
Step 5) Disable HDR
+r_hdrDisplay 0

Step 6) Perform a clean installation of graphics driver. https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
https://www.amd.com/en/support
Step 7) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 8) Roll back graphics driver 566.36, 576.40, 572.83
Step 9) Run the game from the game installation folder, try running as an administrator, disable full screen optimization, try compatibility mode.
Step 10) Allow the game exe file to Antivirus program/Windows Security & firewall
Step 11) Verify the game files
Step 12) Do not overclock (set it to default), close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner, disable Steam overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, GeForce Experience, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay)
Step 13) Install Visual C++ Files https://docs.microsoft.com/en-US/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-160
Step 14) Increase Virtual Memory
View Advanced system settings.
Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 15) Update the system BIOS
Step 16) Unplug External devices such as hotas, wheel, pedals, mouse, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, disconnect multiple monitors, turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, close third-party services such as nahimic services/lightingservice.exe etc. in task manager, remove the undervolt
Step 17) Uninstall the game, go to the game installation folder and delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/if already installed to C drive, then install the game to another SSD
