Step 1) Check for any outage/known issue, make sure servers are up and running

Step 2) Switch to a different network/use mobile hotspot
Step 3) Run the game as an administrator
Step 4) Make sure date, time, time zone and region are correct on your computer
Step 5) Allow the game exe file to your antivirus program/Windows Security & Firewall
Step 6) Perform Power cycle- Shut down your computer, unplug the power cable, turn off WIFI router, wait for few seconds and restart your WIFI router, plug in the power cable back to the computer and then start your computer

Step 8) Use Google DNS Server, if already using manual server, set it to default
Step 9) Perform Network Reset- Make sure you have the WIFI password
Step 10) Use Ethernet connection
Step 11) Update Windows
Step 12) Verify or Repair the game files
Step 13) Launch EA APP in offline mode Launch the game In the main menu, minimize the game Now in EA app go online
