Step 1) Restart PC
Step 2) Verify the game files
Step 3) Rename the GlobalSettingsWin.sjson (all the saved settings will be lost)
Step 4) Disable Steam overlay
Step 5) Avoid Alt + Tab
Step 6) Run Steam as an administrator
Step 7) Try -dx12/-dx11 in launch options
Step 8) Install the game on SSD
Step 9) Perform clean installation of graphic card driver

Step 10) Run the game on dedicated graphics, make changes in registry editor

Step 11) Run the game from the game installation folder, try running as an administrator, disable full screen optimization, try compatibility mode
Step 12) Allow the game exe file to Antivirus program Avast, norton, bit defender, McAfee, Comodo/Windows Security & firewall
Step 13) Install Visual C++ Files
Step 14) Try power save mode, disable/Enable hardware accelerated GPU scheduling
Step 15) Unplug external devices such as hotas, pedals, racing wheel, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, disable overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, Nvidia app, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay). Do not overclock, set it to default, close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner, remove the undervolt
Step 16) Update Windows to the latest version
Step 17) Update System BIOS
Step 18) Uninstall the game, go to the game installation folder and delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/if already installed to C drive, then install the game to another SSD
