Step 1) Remove and then change the server password, make sure password is not too short or long
Step 2) Edit the config json file, simply change something in the file (put space or something), save it, and then changing it back, and saving, should resolve this issue.
Step 3) Verify the game files, reboot the server
Step 4) Run the game as an administrator
