Fix Games Not Launching On Xbox Console Error We Can't Launch This The Item You're Trying To Use Appears To Be Corrupt (0x80070570) On Xbox Console
Step 1) Move the game to internal Drive
Press the Xbox button to open the guide, select My games & apps /See all / Games.
Highlight a game, press the Menu button, then select Manage game and add-ons.
Select the game box in the upper right corner of the screen, then choose Move or copy.
Select the checkboxes for the items you want to move or copy, choose a drive to move or copy to, and then press Copy selected or move selected.
Step 2) Uninstall the game from external drive and reinstall it to the internal Drive
