Fix for (Mame) Playchoice/Tecmo not starting and the problem of the Video with the Green Background.

After that the ploychoice machine starts (emulated in Mame) Push the Tab button (mame-ui menu) to set for the current machine the "Enter" button for the emulated Playchoice (In the video you see string "Invio" that is the same for the italian keyboards).
Once set the first time you don't need the "enter" anymore, related to the "playchoice" and the game should automatically start.
Do the inverse to go back to the playchoice screen

After starting the hide the green area of the "playchoice" and show only the game go in the same menu (push Tab on your keyboard), select the "Video Options", select Screen #0 then select "Single Screen".
