The Foundry is working on a prototype plug-in to correct some of the distortions created by the rolling shutter on CMOS video cameras. Currently in beta on AFTER EFFECTS and NUKE, if all goes well, it should be available relatively soon for a variety of hosts. Please drop us a line to rollingshutter@thefoundry.co.uk if you're interested, telling us why and what hosts you'd like to use it in. This video shows FX Guide's Jeff Heusser (www.fxguide.com) talking to The Foundry's Chief Scientis, Simon Robinson.
