If you experience slow export times even on your fast PC, then check if your max RAM limits for Resolve and Fission combined are not over your RAM, even better not over your free available RAM.
For example on my work PC I have 32 GB RAM, if I have my browser open I can say I used +3-4 GB with everything else. So I can allow only 20 GB MAX for Davinci to use between the Resolve and Fusion editing components. With Fusion having more available RAM to use.
